Dinning recommendation

Anyone with nice dinning places to recommend for birthday? Best would be western cuisine with ice-cream as dessert, or others.

most restorans have ice-cream as dessert, just tt whether nice or not

u can try The French Stall, Miss Clarity Cafe, My Secret Garden (if u can find it), Billy Bombers (u can go for the shakes instead)
