Tang Table or something. Full fledge Chinese restaurant with tim sum.

Carousel at Royal Plaza Hotel if you want buffet

I have mixed reviews about this place.

Personally I don't think it's that fantastic but others did have a good impression of the place and enjoyed the food

So I guess it depends on your luck
