How much is rent for one room?

How much is the average rental for one room in HDB, or private and etc. Also, are there any of those lodges or complexes or whatever that have many rooms for rents? What are the rates for those too.

trend now maybe at least S$300 to S$350 for even a 3-rm hdb...

good condo (whole unit but not penthouse)...maybe S$5K.... a room maybe S$1K+? ...on the average?

i believe there are some shop houses (pre-war)...but most likely rundown and surroundings are not upclass...anyway its how you do up your place that matters...this could be cheaper...but oso not that cheap either compared to HDB

its quite norm for companies to own properties incl. shop houses...and rent it for income generation...like what other land owners would....

some places along Havelock.....Katong etc....may have....i m not an agent...but u can check with them...

You may try havelock road, blk 29, the whole block (more than 900 units) are being rented out. Price I am not so sure, you may walk in to their office to check (ground floor).

There are common rooms for rent at Sembawang B422 which are comparatively very small 200 Sq Ft and would cost you somewhere around S$400. There are few other places where you can find Common rooms for rent like 284 Choa Chu Kang Avenue 3 (D23), Global Ville (D12) and many more. Condo rentals are comparatively high; the rental for a 420 Sq Ft condo would be around S$2500. A few places where you can check out for condos for rent in Singapore are Tembeling residence (D15), Changi court (D16) and many more. A good option is to look for HDB for rent, the rental for a 100 Sq Ft HDB would be around S$600. There are many properties available for rent; a good way to search for rental property would be through property portals like Property Guru. They have all the details about HDB rentals, condo rentals and other properties rentals in Singapore.
