In the 1st place, i didn't put the subject as "shop to rent", it
is the adminstrator who replace my subject from "Biz
partnership".
I looking for someone who wanted to start a business, but don't
have a ready location and not having to commit to a rental lease.
Hence, I am not asking for rentals.
Secondly, I like to mix with people with entrepreneurship and
strong desire to succeed and enjoy seeing how the business
grows.
Running profitable business becomes my hobby, rather than a job.
The place is not really suits food biz as it is too small. Maybe a
counter for bubble tea only.
I believe parn is a property agent, sorry this is NOT for
rental.
