I read in a Chinese newspaper that we should not drink the steamboat's soup at the end of the meal because it is very unhealthy. It may taste delicious but there are tons of preservatives, food enhancer and harmful chemicals in the soup. A long list of chemical names was provided but I can't figure out those chemical names as it is in Chinese. The long period of cooking the different types of food makes this soup really unhealthy and in fact, harmful

Go ahead to find out what they use to cook the soup and decide for yourself if it is healthy for you to drink. Different restaurants, stalls and shops use different ingredients for the soup.
