You probably tried the one at Novena which
I feel is better than Holland Village .I also tried the
one at Upper East Coast that you mentioned but that was in the
1991,I think.
Then you know the skill of that Up East Coast. Can total debone
the whole chicken including the wing tips. Yum taste out of the
world. My all time favourite. Chicken wings that taste like chicken
jelly, breast that is so tender like thigh and the transclucent
glass intestines crunchy and tender. The rest is heavenly...(except
the head and the neck that I don't take).
