How long does cooked food stay safe to eat in the fridge?

Lets say i decide to cook a very large portion of a dish

How long can i keep it in the fridge until it becomes bad?

Usually 2 days i guess?

Normally, 1 day my mom will throw it away.

I don't keep more than 2 days, unless you wanna freeze it.

Why cook so much that you can't finish?

In freezer probably a 2 weeks (vacuum packing about 1 month), otherwise less than 3 days.

Fresh coconut, and seafood.

curry stuff with lot of spices can keep in the fridge for up to 4 days
