long queue outside, but when go inside, so many empty tables...
almost 40% still vacant tables... in the food n
beverage industry, it's called 'building bridge' (zhuo
qiao)... make the place looks as if very packed/ long queue/
very good food/ very popular until no seats...
airflow also not so good... go in 10 minutes, when u come out of
the outlet, ur clothes will got the kitchen oil smell...
Quite agree with your comments on their sitting arrangement. We saw
a lot of ppl queue for their turns when we came out of the
restaurant but in fact there are still plenty of empty tables
inside. For the airflow problem, i never met it as we were sitting
at the far corner next to the outdoor dining area which we could
see the mrt track.
