Rajok stallholder will be charged in court as reported by CNA, this am: “The “Rojak Geylang Serai” stall owner’s licence will be suspended pending the outcome of the court action, said a joint statement by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and National Environment Agency (NEA)”
Since officials from NEA are also responsible for this case due to negligence of duty, will the officers be disciplined?

i still havent seen an admission of error from the NEA. The whole time is just blaming the stall owner and the market committee.

negligence is a big thing.

like Mas Selamat escape, there is a negligance charge brought to alot of people.

But not all falls under negligence. For example, theft was committed at a shop. The police are responsible in keeping crime rate down, but to charge them for negligence is hard to link.

For NEA, i see more similarities to the theft case than to the Mas Selamat escape case. negligance will be hard to judge.
