Not too long ago. I read an article in Straits Times stating that for teenagers who do not have the habit of eating breakfast will indulge in pre-martial sex...

why is it important, and its said that if u skip breakfast its not good.

Anyone here skip breakfast? Do u feel lethargic as a result? or do u feel fine without breakfast

eagle SG

Breakfast is important because you break an eight hour fast and kick start your body's metabolism and bodily processes right at the start of the day.

hmm i not so scientific..

but if i skip breakfast.. even if i sleep a lot.. i still feel tired...

however if i eat breakfast.. a proper one.. i will feel very much better and is ready for work..

so i always eat breakfast to start the day happily..

Breakfast is important becoz when I wake up in the morning, my brain is semi-dead and food is needed to raise the dead.
