Master -_- SG The head count (10 or 12 or 32) refers to the number of abalones that make up a kati or 600gm. The smaller the abalone, the younger it is and as it takes years and years to grow to a large size..the standard is that the bigger and older, the better the taste
ChoCoChips SG if they say 双头鲍it means 2 abalones make up 一斤compared to a 四头鲍, which needs 4 to make 一斤,双头鲍 is better.becuz it's heavier and bigger.
