cassie SG I like the curries found in the indian restaurants in UK. Different from the ones here and I find them much better.
nganmatthias SG for fat free (some people will really pui pui on this one.) chicken curry.Lightly boil your chicken in coconut juice (not milk)And when you pour in the coconut milk into the frying curry powder, subsitute half the coconut milk with low fat milk..... Soya milk possible.
viciouskitty74 SG Soya milk possible. Rice or Oat Milk should still be okay. And unless your soy milk is those unsweetened one.But all the milk maybe will make the curry very watery.
jayh272416 SG Forgot to mention.Curry left overnight and eat next day is the best!!!!chill in fridge or just leave on kitchen table
viciouskitty74 SG BTW, who here can help rate the roti prata shop's curry?A friend always ask for fish curry.Another friend will ask for extra sugar, roll the sugar in the prata and dip into curry to eat.
