goodness me... u know, sometimes i'll have this very strong and sudden craving for tom yam noodles, and tom yam has this taste that... u cannot find anything to replace. So I will try to stock up ONE cup of nissin tom yam noodles at home... (cos the more i stock up, the more i will eat, so i only stock up one)...

next time i buy mama tom yam noodles :p

oh, and just for the sake of interest, while looking through the different flavours/packs at isetan yesterday looking for anything that might be even remotely vegetarian, it was interesting to see that the ingredients listed pork extract or some other kind of meat extract for nearly all of them (the chicken ramen has...chicken extract ). there's a miso flavoured one by nissin and a shouyu flavoured one by myojo that passed the meatless test. the myojo one had egg powder in the ingredients though.
