unless your psp is 3000, if not, it's mod-able as long as the firmware when you first purchase it, is under 4.01

Nah... pandora do not work on the new board. However you would be able to emulate modified version on new board less than 5.03 version.

his psp is 2006, like i've said, if when first purchased, the ofw is under 4.01, means that it carry a v2 motherboard, inwhich a pandora will do the job. if it's 4.01 or higher, it means that it carry a v3 motherboard, which pandora will not work. so whether this psp is mod-able anot, will have to ask ts what firmware is it when it was purchased

if it's a v3 motherboard, and it's ofw is higher than 5.03 currently, then that's no way it can be mod for now, although certains solutions had been found out to tackle e prob, none came concrete enough. but rest assure that a cfw for 5.50 or 5.51 is on e way, as most prob dax is back with his work.

this does not apply to PSP carrying v3 boards though

no lar, as long as ts rmb what firmware is it on when he first bought it, can alr.

if not then bring a pandora batt and magic memory stick along to test it right on e spot, if the PSP reacts to it, means can mod, if it doesnt, then too bad

but i think most prob this one carry a v2 motherboard, and for just $100, i think it's a really good deal.

the psp 2006 was on version 3.91 when i first bought it at sim lim for $360.
then after 1 year itchy hand mod to 5.51. now regret.
now sold
