IMPT : There is another seller in one more other forum seller
almost the same product as mine at a cheaper price. They also
quote that the product has got HSA certifications. and in one of
their photo they used HSA logo. But I just checked with both AVA
and HSA and gathered this info.
Heres a summary,
1. It is not allowed legally to put HSA logo on the box or any
promotional materials, HSA officer says that its a fraud if the box
of the product has got HSA logo as they do not endorse any
products.
2. Neither HSA or AVA 's certification is required for the food
products sold in SG.
3. Food products with Raspberry tea leaf is NOT APPROVED by AVA as
it is not a commonly used food item.
