I went there leow!
Four people... and we sat at the Korean seats or something.
There was a minimum spending of $24, and the special seats
incurred an additional $5.
My parents ordered two kinds of tea, which came up to about
$30... and we also ordered osmanthus tea jelly and pu-er jelly. The
Pu'er jelly was nice, but I found the osmanthus tea jelly a little
too hard to be yummy.
There was a 10% discount cos my mom had a POSB card... so in the
end, for four people, the bill came up to about $35.
My dad complained about the water there, because the water is
kept warm by some alcohol burner, which cannot be adjusted to bring
the water to a boil... Apparently for some teas, you use hot water
and for some teas, you use boiling water...
The quality of the tea there isn't so good, but I will
definitely go back there again... cos I like the place... and how
you can sit there for a long time and slowly brew your tea.
