ditzy SG Rice must be half cooked only when you put it in the oven. Don't use kraft cheese, their melting point is errrr not advisable.
Pentaxdude90 SG use mozarella cheese or parmesan cheese. sprinkle the cheese on the top and if you like.. somewhere in the middle.
Stage SG I normally make it w minced meat, diced carrots. About the rice, I steam it first then put it in the microwave w parmesan, mozarella cheese. Usually I buy the 'bigger' ones and sprinkle it all over and it's quite full...
