Like Durians, some love it, some hate it.
And I've tried American Chinese made Singapore Style Bak
Gua. Taste strange of the pork plus blood smells.
Now even worse when they totally closed down. USA side
Singaporean misses Bak Gua.
But this type of unpleasant smell is sign that the product is
not fresh, out of date, expired.
Want bak kwa, buy it in Singapore. Like the Chinese
food serves in the angmo countries don't taste the same as
Singapore Chinese food.
