Items purchased:snowflake falls
Feedback: SUPER NEGATIVE
Comments:well i paid for the item and it did arrive on time but when i open it up i was very dissapointed that what i should receive was very different from the picture and description she post online.
this is the link http://community.livejournal.com/thebargainbin/10698741.html?view=152565#t152565
the discription was

14k gold plated chains and findings, pearly snowflake charm from USA,
Swarovski fireball, bicones and large sparkly blue flat droplet crystals.
Comes with 2 chains that you can interchange so you can wear the necklaces
at different lengths and if you use the shorter chain for the pendant,
then the longer chain can be layered above.

all i got was 1 chain with the snowflake which was damage and the swarovski fireball and large sparkly blue flat drop crystals and i notice the ring which was use to attach the flat drop crystal was badly damage and is a very obvious sign that it was temper with

this is a real big dissapointment to me as this is the first time i buy things online
