Hand & Foot Therapy:
Simply use a basin, fill up the basin with warm water (preferably
half filled). Pour in contents from packet and mix it. After
mixing,put your hands/feet into the basin and you're all ready to
enjoy this wonderful experience at the comfort of your own home
while watching a show or even while taking a rest. It'll only take
15-20 mins of your time! Just wash off after use!
Body Therapy:
Fill up the bathtub with warm water, pour in contents from the
packet ( i would recommend using 2 packets at a time for better
results). Soak for about 20-30 mins and then wash off.
Use 2-3 times a week for best results!
