Please email to DTE for cancellation of booking so you can get
back 50 percent refund of $98.As for refund of $98,it will issue u
cheque by post in 1 week time.
If you want to sell it to other people,it is not adviseable to
do so because they need your authorisation letter to let the buyer
to check in.I advise you to proceed to cancellation.
It is illegal to do that like selling chalet to other people.If
the buyer take it,then they can use your ic no to use it for other
purpose.
Be careful.

FYI,
I have cancelled it before and got refund of 50 percent of
booking.Please do asap within 5 days before check in.or else you
wont get refund.
