Should approach housing agent first, OR get valuation from HDB first?

you get the valuation first or later will not change the percentage of the anget fee.

but if you find agent first, maybe he/she will help you to get the valuation price and you can save abit petrol money and time :)

also, agent getting the valuation price for me - is it an estimate or they are paying for the valuation fees?
