SINGAPORE: The Agri—Food and Veterinary Authority (AVA) has
advised consumers to stop drinking the Samuel Adams Beer. This
comes after glass particles were found in some of its bottles in
the US.
The Boston Beer Company has announced that it is recalling all
its Samuel Adams Beer from the US market. So AVA has asked
importers and retailers here to do the same.
Consumers who have bought the beer are advised to throw it away.
Affected beer bottles have "N35" and "OI" embossed at the bottom. —
