i worked at the waraku at central (the shopping center at clarke
quay) before.
And i must say the hygiene inside the kitchen is not very
good.
Example = u know the potato salad u get when u order the
meal.
They have to test it b4 serving to see got sour not.
They test it by diggin their hand in it and taste it.
If not sour just serve like that .
