Porsche 911 Targa Top this is nice... love the targa top. it kinda blends well with the 997 headlights.

And another difference. JDM Type-Rs I believe uses double-wishbones for the rear suspension while the UK Type-R sticks with the crude torsion beam set up for its rear suspension.

its not a case of UK sticking to torsion beam... rather, its a case of downgrading to cut cost... haha

the old type rs like the eg6 and ek9 uses double wishbone all round...

The drift show was very disappointing. Couldn't see nuts at all man. I thought the show at the Kallang Indoor Stadium was more interesting. With all the anti lag exhaust and launchings, way better than the crowd who cheered when the Malaysian drifter crashed into the tyre walls.

for most of the people it was quite bad la, had to stand under the hot sun at ground lvl and the concrete blocks were blocking the view.

i had access to the booths which is at 2nd storey high, at least got shade and can see more, not so bad for me.

the action was interesting, but they should have given out schedules to tell pple what's happening at wat time.

now, sunburn!

ard 9.30pm, some dogs from the dog show held at kallang leisure park ran into the carpark whr the drag was held. the whole race had to be stopped until the dogs were chased out.

Seriouly though, it doesn't matter as long as the handling remains as good as the previous model's. Besides if it's cheaper to replace and repair, it's easier on your pocket.

I posted any pics about E500? We don't have mercs cos my dad doesn't like them, too common, like not exclusive. Jag is more exclusive.

We have an E600 in Indonesia though..

So who's going F1? I hope it'll be good.. Lol..

Nice but that's not a Sport GT. Either a normal version or Executive GT...;) I seem to have seen your car @ Balmoral Plaza before and also got pics of it...Is that your younger bro? I saw a very similar car there and a young boy getting on the QP...Heard its start-up...very nice!

No really. Reviews said its front axle is simply too stiff. If the road is wet, it understeers too easily and too suddenly without warning. Worse than the previous Type-R. I thought usually the front axle will be softer than the rear axle. But in the dry it handles well. But its main attraction is still its drivetrain. That engine that loves being revved and that fabulous gearbox.

But otherwise, you're right. Torsion beam easier to fix should any problems crop up.

Please don't tell me it's the twin-turbo 5.5-litre V12 in the S600 too. Please.
