I have some USD in my paypal account that I wanna sell.
Exchange rate offered is a flat 1.425 regardless of amount.
I have about USD600 I wish to convert to SGD.
Here is how I will handle the transaction:
1) You will pay me via a fund transfer into my POSB Savings account
after you confirm your order with me. Once I have the money in my
account, we can go to step 2.
2) I will transfer the funds to your PayPal account.

card funded payments per year and are assessed a transaction fee.

transaction fee for receiving payments. For more information,
