Harry's Suntec always very empty leh.. even during peak hours
like lunch and dinner.. only got private function then u will see a
crowd but saying that, people still go there for drinks and not
food.
But one thing for sure.. the food sure taste better in the outlet
in Suntec than "assplanade". 
. Will definitely go for the promo
