Phoebie SG feast @ east at grand mercure roxy hotel (50 East Coast Road Roxy Sq) very nice and quiet ambience, its lightnings inside are warm and soothing was around $35 plus for each person for weekday dinner buffet if i didn't rmb wrongly it's across the road opposite parkway parade infront of a bus stop
