I have boycotted them since their last price increase
Chicken wings up from $1 to $1.20
Curry puffs up from $1 to $1.10
Some of the other items like sotong up from $1 to $1.20
Yet, I see so many people still eating from them.
I once spoke to a friend about price increases. He said up 10cents
20 cents, never mind, its only 10 cents 20 cents. He got the
fiercest of tongue lashing from me.
In a company, they look at their revenues. If they increase price
and find that not only do they not lose customers, but their
revenues go up, they will do it the next year again.
Every year, 10 cents increase. Idiots will continue to patronize
saying its only 10 cents increase.
That's the problem with Singapore. Our citizens don't know how to
boycott.
