no need. TPE exit to tampines road. then the road will detour to
KPE. it's KPE but they paste black sticker on all the signs that
say "KPE".
so like 3 or 4 lanes in each direction. middle of the night. no
traffic. just be careful every few mins got vehicles. but usually
deserted after 2 am on weekday
