Got warranty? There's alot of talk about apple not wanting to
service unlocked phones, unless the Iphone you are selling is meant
for singapore which i doubt so.
one grand just to be the awe of holding an iphone in singapore is
very steep, unless you are getting the iphone to develop software
for it.
