every year if you are intending to stay with StarHub.
If you are intending to wait for 2 years for contract end, then
recontract with Starhub and buy a new phone, I advise is
re-contract every year. You will get much more money to buy a phone
from retail shop, and you need to know which shop to buy, don't get
