why coffeeshop got sell bai zhan ji (white chicken)

but there is no such thing as bai zhan ya (white duck) in the sell duck rice stall ?

i cannot imagin seeing a white cooked duck hanging on the display glass…but maybe got la..

coz i heard duck is not suitable for steaming coz it contains a lot of fats...

duck normally roasted or braised.

bai zhan ya is a very common dish they eat on Hainan island
They eat it with this special chilli sauce and it's actually very nice

maybe duck meat is not flavorful enough if steamed white…
