Detailed Features and Specs
Rolling massage warms up and relaxes the muscles in preparation for
deeper massage. The rollers push and stretch your back muscles as
they travel gently in a wave-like motion up and down along your
spine.Pushing massage is especially beneficial for easing sports
tissues and muscles. The rocking action of alternating left-right
strokes along the back delivers firm, sustained pressure, which
helps untangle knots, driving out stiffness, soreness and aches and
restoring agility.Kneading massage penetrates the muscle layers,
lifts and stretches the muscles, relieving tension and soreness. The
rollers move in a circular motion, kneading the muscles on both
sides along the length of your spine simultaneously.Tapping massage
helps tone muscles, relieve tension and stress as well as increase
mobility in soft tissues and muscles. The rollers mimic the fists
of a masseur as they tap in rapid motion, delivering a percussion
massage that penetrates deep into the muscles layers. Specialised
