Hi,
Yes, you may take over her tickets if she unavailable for the
parade.
However please be informed that admission to the National Day
Parade is by NDP Tickets ONLY.

Hi,
Can I enquire if the NDP preview tickets are transferrable?
My friend has already obtained the tickets but cannot attend the
event this Saturday . Can I take over his two tickets?
