1. Promotion is only applicable to new StarHub CableTV customers
with homes that are connected to StarHub's cable network.
2. Promotion is valid from 07 April till 30 May 2007 or while
stocks last.
3. A minimum contractual period of 24 continuous months is required
and a Promotion Early Termination Charge of $367.50 will be levied
on customers who terminate their StarHub CableTV subscription
within the 24 months contractual period.
4. A minimum monthly subscription of $33.60 is required and it does
not include subscription to Pay-Per-View, Telescope, main set-top
box and additional set-top box(es).
5. Promotion is not applicable to customers who terminate their
StarHub CableTV service after 06 April 2007.
6. Installation of the StarHub CableTV service must be completed by
06 June 2007.
7. Installation charge of $31.50 applies for first set-top box and
$15.75 for each subsequent set-top box installed on the same trip
at the same service address.
8. Delivery of set-top box(es) without installation is chargeable
at $12.60 per trip at the same service address (not applicable to
Box Swap/Remote Controls/Smart
Cards/Accessories/Telescope/DTTV/StarHub CableTV Prepaid
Services).
9. Service activation fee of $31.50 is waived for this
promotion.
10. A Service Early Termination Charge of $63 is applicable if
customers terminate their StarHub CableTV service within first 3
months of subscription.
11. An equipment deposit of $250 is chargeable for subscription to
analog or digital set-top box(es) if the customer is not a
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
12. Redemption of the promotional gift constitutes a purchase from
the merchant supplying it. StarHub will not be responsible for any
specifications, non-performance or defect in the redeemed
item.
13. Premium not redeemed by the period stipulated by StarHub will
be forfeited. Customer is still required to fulfill the contract
even if the premium is not redeemed.
14. Promotion is only applicable upon receipt of full payment
required at the point of sale or install.
15. Promotion cannot be used to offset existing subscription
charges or outstanding balances.
16. Promotion is non-exchangeable for cash or kind and is
non-refundable.
17. Promotion is not applicable to other in-house promotions or
special packages unless specified by StarHub.
18. Promotion is not applicable to landed homeowners on the Landed
Connection Plan who are enjoying complimentary cable TV
services.
19. Promotion is not applicable to landed homeowners on the
Subscription Commitment Plan who are using cable TV subscription as
the minimum subscription commitment.
20. Promotion is not applicable to Digital Terrestrial TV,
Commercial and Bulk Subscription customers, and StarHub Employees
on Employee Plan.
21. In the event of a dispute, a customer's entitlement to
participate in this promotion is subject to the sole discretion and
final determination of StarHub. StarHub Digital Cable is part of
the StarHub CableTV services. The use of such services is also
subject to StarHub's Terms & Conditions for Info-communications
Services which can be viewed at StarHub's website
www.starhub.com.
22. StarHub reserves the right to revise these terms &
conditions (including price plans) at its discretion without prior
notice. Use of StarHub CableTV services will constitute acceptance
of these terms and conditions and the amendments thereof.
23. All prices are inclusive of 5% GST. If the GST rate is revised,
the prices will be revised accordingly.
