i first toasted 2 bread, then put butter on both of them.
then crack open a century egg n mashed it on the bread, then add
slice of cheese, then wash n remove the seeds of a green chili (so
it wont be spicy) n cut it up... then top with BBQ sauce.
tadah! my signature century egg sandwich....
anyway if such sandwich was on sale at delifrance or subway or hong
kong cafe, would u buy it?
