TXian SG Anyone know where can I get fresh chrysanthemum for cooking. BTW, florist ones cannot hor, too much pesticides.
FireIce SG u want fresh, but no want florists i guess the only way is to grow ur own (oh! no pesticides hor!) and pluck them urself
crimean SG go to lim chu kang flower farm n ask if the put pesticide or not lor....... or can request them for pesticide free one...then after harvest sell to u lor
TXian SG i intend to make this wolfberry and chrysanthemum cake (saw it in a HK drama). The base is chrysanthemum tea (dried ones) and is decorated with wolfberry bits and fresh white chrysanthemum.. though it's not an important ingredient but the end result will differ greatly. Just trying my luck here because i asking around very long but they don't seems to have it here.
