ShrodingersCat SG Can consider using the cross section strawberries cover the top and with 'jelly' like strawberry cheesecake I think looks more pro ba. the cut out looks nice and yummy and soft though.

hisoka SG for most pple, i guess it depends on where you sell it. sell it at some hotel or fad-crazed outlet maybe. erm the cream looks very rough with alot of bubbles on the exterior.
