Marco_Simone SG Yes,that type is very unstable from what I heard. You wanna do chin up,better off buying a power tower from weider shop.It costs around $800+.I ordered one already, waiting for the stock to come.
Marco_Simone SG This one definitely better than those wall mounted type for $20+.Somemore you can do dips and leg raises on it. But if you do weighted chin ups,I think the set up will still shake a bit.
Marco_Simone SG most shop such as sports link got.Need to drill holes on your walls, you know. Why dont you go to the neighbourhood fitness corner? The chin up bars there are thicker than the ones in the gym=harder to do.
trueno86 SG I am 85 kg using simple chin up bar from Weider without drilling holes. Damage is $23. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=olNV1vIqZOI
trueno86 SG ya...twist and twist. When doing the stunt, always grip in the same direction of fastening so that as you struggling, the stick goes tighter.
