there was a pho stall outside my house
i also used to eat that every other day...
omg only 5000 dong 
and it was oh so yummy
the one at Holland V is pho hoa
they used to sell at 10,000 dong a bowl in hcmc (Pasteur St)
but the pho hoa in hcmc (Pasteur St) is much better than the pho
hoa at Holland V
