Where can i customise my own t-shirt?

queensway shopping centre around level 1 got very pro shirt painter, he use fabric paints to paint portraits of people and stuff. he is seriously damn pro but i don’t think the shirts will come cheap. if you wanna like paint ur idol’s face on it then u should go to him, he is skilled at painting people onto shirts.
