In HongKong, "Sing Chou Chao Mai"(Xin Zhou Chao Mi) is very
common dish that you can order in many place. But in Singapore, i
cant find the same type of fried bee hoon.
And in Singapore, they have "Xiang Gang Chao Mian", but well, HK
ppl dont fried the noodle that way...... Try finding the type of
"xiang Gang Chao Mian" in HK, maybe you will find it in a Singapore
restaurant.
