wanker10 SG One of my favourite is basil leaves fried with mince pork & chilli. Very easy to cook. Fried chopped garlic in the pan, add in freshly cut chilli or chilli padi till you smell the aroma, put in the leaves & mince pork & stir fry. Yummy!!!

ben1406 SG basil is used alot in Italian culinary.. it's used to make the ever popular pesto. try deep frying the leafs and use it for a garnish, makes a whole world of difference !
