I think its possible because I heard abot it before, but you
need approval from SGX and CDP. Also, you have to pay stamp duties
and approval fees ect ect.
But this method is only used when somebody is buying a huge amount
of shares from one individual to another. Does not make sense for
transferring small amont of shares like 4 lots.
