you can get those herbs dried nearly in any supermarket, whether
at Giant, NTUC, fairprice, cold storage etc. Fresh one is slightly
harder, i do know that all cold storage sells fresh thyme and
oregano.
Dried herbs are good for long term keeping but they give off a
harsher flavour, whilst the fresh one is more subtle (although
thyme and oregano are pretty strong herbs anyway).
They go for roughly $1.50 or so in cold storage for a packet of
fresh herbs.
