bearsarebears SG the plants are miniature plants (really small). you can see them grow! they are like pet plants. the plant can last for 3-6 months (thats when the nutrients are used up). After that, you can take out the plant and grow it in a flower pot or soil! WoW!
OCEANOS SG I know miniature plants. I am asking what kind of plants? Their genus name. This is nothing new, its around for years. Unless the plants are special variety. Thanks.
Darkness_hacker99 SG Originally posted by OCEANOS: What kind of plants? How long can it last? From where? Thanks.I am in my School Life Sciences Club. My school sells similar to that picture show - Plant in a bottle. On average it has life only for afew month, and if you are lucky enough, you can grow it into a plant. Cost of production of this is less that $2.
Darkness_hacker99 SG It depend on how you see lor. For schools they use as it subsidary to help The Needy Student Funds. The use of autoclave and other technology involve the making of Plain in Keychain will make the production cost higher. For mass production, the cost of production is low.
bearsarebears SG its a miniature plant -- a few cm long. the glass is not easy to break. (if you drop it a few times it will NOT break). If you use a hammer and smash it then it will break .
bearsarebears SG oh ya, i didn't address the earlier concerns about the cost. Obviously I didn't make it on my own... The cost includes cost of shipping. I don't make a tidy profit out of this. but I do make some profit.
fugue in C minor SG I wouldn't be surprised, ppl are already selling $30-$100 for ONE PIECE OF LEAVE, ie; the 4-leaf clover. What's with selling a twig in a glass bottle for $8??
