Ito_^ SG

joomla and phpbb, i did abit customization here and there..

is there any way to ensure everything is working before i say good bye to my previous host forever?

Jerry-Oryet SG

Following the standard procedure of migration, there shouldn’t be a problem. I suggest you email us so that we can assist you better.

Ito_^ SG

wus the standard procedure of migration?

can i make a backup of the entire site in cpanel and restore it at another host, like yours?

Jerry-Oryet SG

Hi,

you need to

1) stop the whole website
2) backup the database and website
3) restore
4) start the website

Ito_^ SG

can i restore the backup at yr host, transfer the domain, before i cancel my account previous?

will there be any problem? i don't want change host, start den realise database cannot use, and i've paid one year for your service.

Jerry-Oryet SG

No problem with that. There is a 30 days money back guarantee. You can transfer and migrate website first.

May be I will consider to move to here after my contract end. Very Happy

diamond008 SG

I have tested your website, the load speed is really fast. seems not bad Wink

There is something call "overselling.." im using goadaddy.. they are super overselling.. but when you email them they will deny the fact. But they are balancing loads really well so.. so I'm cool with them.
