Polar Puffs curry puff standard dropped eversince they became
halal.......dun noe why....but same for Delifrance's puff
pastry..........perhaps they stop using lard....and use margarine
instead...hmmm....
Anyway......best puff pastry should be made with either lard or
butter.......margarine is a no no.......the crispiness and flavour
won't last with margarine..hmmm.....
