i love green chilli leh.

if i dun remember wrongly, Sam Leong said green chilli muz be sliced, rinse under cold water a few times, mix with sugar and vinegar and refrigerate overnight so that it will be crisp, sour and sweet.

Green chiili preserved in vinegar goes very well with Wanton mee. I also like to eat fresh green chilli with Indian Vaday.
